Thinking that you’re starting too late is a common worry among aspiring bloggers. It’s completely understandable. No one wants to waste their time and money doing something that won’t reward them.
But the truth is that you CAN still start a blog and make money from it. You can even turn it into a full time job if you want to.

Of course, everyone needs to reach out to each other since we’re mostly online rather than in person. But if you search around, you may be able to find blogger meetups, events or conventions to attend near you.

The great thing about blogging is that there’s no cap on your income. You don’t have a set salary.

Ready to start a blog? Here’s a quick start guide
1. PICK YOUR NICHE: Your niche is the main topic that you write about on your blog. Your niche should be something that you are familiar with and enjoy talking/learning about. Some of the popular, lucrative blogging niches include fitness, beauty, fashion, finance, lifestyle, travel and tons more!
2. BUY A DOMAIN: A domain is the URL to your blog (mine is passiveclover.com). Your domain should be “brandable” and easy to spell. I personally like to purchase my domains on NameCheap.
3. SIGN UP FOR HOSTING: Hosting is an essential part of blogging as a business. I would recommend starting a WordPress blog with Bluehost. You can start your blog for just $3.95 per month AND get a free domain when you sign up. P.S. If you sign up with Bluehost, you can omit step #2 since your domain is already included!
4. GET A THEME: This step is OPTIONAL in the beginning. If you don’t want to commit to purchasing a premium theme right away, that’s totally fine. But if you’d like to, go ahead and search around for a theme for your blog.
5. START POSTING: Writing blog posts is the #1 aspect of blogging that’ll move your business forward! So just start posting!
